What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote role where I can own customer support and community management, coordinate social content, and support day-to-day operations. I want to work in a fast-paced environment that values clear communication, organization, and fast follow-ups.

I’m a Community Manager with 6+ years of experience supporting customers, administrative operations, and remote workflows. I’m proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on clear digital communication and reliable follow-through.

In my most recent role, I managed social media accounts and customer communication across Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp. I coordinated content posting and product promotions, supported order tracking and customer follow-ups, and contributed to in-person events and direct sales activities.

Earlier, I worked as a Community Manager across Latin America, building content calendars, scheduling posts, and supporting digital communication strategies and campaigns. I also moderated online communities, handled customer interactions, and created written social media content while managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

I bring a bilingual communication advantage through Spanish (native) and English (intermediate), and I’ve supported both event operations and brand presence in different markets. I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Modern Languages from Arturo Michelena University, and I’m energized by fast-paced environments where I can multitask and keep teams and communities moving.

I’m looking to expand my abilities to the Virtual Assistant role, although I’m new to this position, I’m willing to learn and combine the skills gained throughout the years to deliver the best performance for your company.
