What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can communicate clearly with diverse audiences, support others through patient instruction, and contribute calmly and reliably in a fast-paced, international environment.

I've supported clients and teams at Touch Massage Bar, nutbar, and Cibo Wine Bar in Toronto, creating clear communication and calm guest experiences in fast-paced settings.

At Touch Massage Bar, I created written policies and procedures to standardize team communication and resolved client concerns professionally across phone, email, and in-person channels. As Kitchen Manager at nutbar, I trained and coached team members by adapting instruction to each person's pace while leading daily operations.

My culinary training at École Ducasse in France and chocolatier and pastry cook experience in Belgium reflect my comfort adapting to cross-cultural, multilingual environments. I'm a TEFL-certified native English speaker with conversational Italian and an Italian Codice Fiscale.
