I am looking for a role that allows me to support individuals in need, fostering positive behaviour and promoting well-being in a collaborative environment.

I am a committed behaviour support worker currently pursuing my LLM at BPP University. My experience spans various roles in educational and healthcare settings, where I have honed my skills in providing behavioural assistance and support to individuals with diverse needs. I am passionate about fostering positive relationships and creating supportive environments for students and clients alike.

Throughout my career, I have successfully implemented behavioural standards and policies, mediated conflicts, and conducted workshops to encourage positive behaviour. My ability to adapt and respond to the unique challenges faced by individuals has been instrumental in my success.
