Built a chat feature on an existing LLM agent with custom response widgets and a channel brain feeding user data for context, streamed in real time over SSE. Re-architected the frontend data layer around TanStack Query, cutting cold-mount API calls and halving the dashboard JS bundle.

Replaced a manual, CLI-style legacy workflow with an automated web app for logistics automation. Built backend services to track and assign loads to carriers, including an event service for shipment milestones, a notifications service for email alerts, and a receiver service parsing inbound EDI files.

Rebuilt a legacy C# desktop ERP as a web app for a multi-agency group, designing a microservices architecture with 10 services and a reusable NestJS service template. Built WebSocket-driven real-time features and contributed to a change-data-capture pipeline using Apache Flink.
