I build and lead WordPress projects, and I help teams ship them faster with AI.

For the last 4 years I’ve led WordPress teams. At 500 Designs I led a 10-person cross-functional team (WordPress, fullstack and Shopify developers, QA and technical producers) delivering custom sites for client brands. I owned architecture, estimates, code and design review, and QA.

I also brought AI into our daily work. Claude + MCP workflows for Figma and WordPress cut Gutenberg build time from ~15 to ~4 hours and halved Elementor builds. I created Claude skills and automations, and trained the team through workshops.

Before that, I built eDairy News from scratch, a WordPress news portal serving 200k+ monthly users, and delivered 80+ sites as a freelancer and at Ghost Sherpa.

Webmaster and developer for an international news portal for the dairy industry. Built the WordPress portal from scratch, serving 200k+ monthly active users. Developed a WordPress web app with Chart.js and ACF, maintained 6 sites (servers, security, performance, compatibility and traffic monitoring), improved technical SEO and provided B2B and end-user support.
