I’m a finance student with three internships spent resolving billing and account discrepancies end to end. I build structured reconciliation workflows to deadline, diagnose root causes, correct records, and follow each case through to closure.
Across digital banking, distribution, and marine operations, I’ve worked as a point of contact between clients and internal teams. I investigate mismatches, escalate cleanly when a case exceeds my knowledge, and support monthly reconciliations and reporting across high-volume environments.
I’m trilingual across Arabic, French, and English, and comfortable working from documentation in self-directed asynchronous settings. I leverage advanced Excel for reporting and traceability, and I’m also able to apply Python and C when problem-solving and testing.
