Nicolas Celis

I’m a writer and researcher in philosophy and literature with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Letters (Cum Laude). My work is built on extensive training in critical reading, the writing of research articles, and creative writing.

I bring rigorous grammar knowledge across phonetics, morphology, syntax, semantics, and pragmatics, and I apply it directly to academic writing. I’ve written numerous essays in an academic setting, have two publications to my credit, and a third is pending, and I’ve assisted with the writing and revision of college and high school theses.

Alongside research and writing, I strengthen literacy through structured, personalized support. I’ve supported school writing assignments, worked on critical reading and writing, and supervised a thesis on “Socioeconomic Sustainability in Playa Blanca, Barú, in Relation to Tourism Dynamics.” In teaching roles, I designed and implemented critical reading and writing activities and coordinated extracurricular work centered on philosophical reflection.

Right now, I’m nearing completion of a Master’s degree in Philosophy (Latin America), and I’m also developing interests in screenwriting—writing scripts and prompts for digital startups. I’m motivated by clear communication, careful textual work, and helping others build the confidence to read critically and write persuasively.
