Improved client security outcomes by onboarding to a new SOC solution, lifting Microsoft Secure Scores by up to 30% in 60 days, and implementing an incident response plan with 100% SLA-aligned coverage.

Led and mentored cross-functional security teams and orchestrated deployment of SIEM/SOAR, EDR, and Privileged Access Management across AWS and Azure environments. Managed the development and governance of security policies aligned with organizational and regulatory compliance requirements.

Planned and deployed call center infrastructure using AWS WorkSpaces and led a company-wide rollout of Windows Autopilot, reducing new-hire onboarding time by approximately 90%. Implemented Azure cloud security measures, managed vulnerability assessments, and deployed security policies to strengthen compliance and risk mitigation.

Automated incident response capabilities using Microsoft Sentinel and supported the incident response team with low response times and effective resolution.
