I'm looking to improve supply chain and operations performance through S&OP, planning, inventory optimization, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration in international industrial environments.

I've led planning and performance activities across railway projects at Alstom, aligning engineering deliverables, resources, and operational milestones. I govern OTIF performance, analyze MPS risks and capacity constraints, and lead monthly operational reviews with more than 30 stakeholders.
