What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead hands-on UX research in complex product spaces, build research practices that improve decision-making, and turn user insight into meaningful product and organizational direction.

I lead strategic UX research at Welltech, where I explore new product initiatives across the app portfolio and build frameworks for measuring user trust. My foundational research reshaped the company’s understanding of its primary user segment and influenced product strategy, content, marketing positioning, and potential new product lines.

Previously at Google Maps, I led research for visualization and imagery products reaching 1.5B users worldwide, including Immersive View, Street View, and core imagery. I established research practices that helped shape the definition, launch, and roadmap for Immersive View.

I’ve also founded an AR research function at Facebook, led global teams and research roadmaps, informed search and ads strategy, and contributed to MSN and Bing redesigns at Microsoft. I bring a PhD in Cognitive Psychology and quantitative methods to hands-on research leadership across complex product spaces.
