At Citrus Heights Police Department, I currently provide command staff oversight for Professional Standards and Training. I lead internal affairs and administrative investigations, partner with legal counsel on civil litigation, and oversee training, hiring, and compliance.
Developing people has been a consistent focus of my work. I’ve helped build a dedicated recruitment team and support recruitment, retention, mentoring, succession planning, and opportunities for future leaders.
I’ve managed the Department’s Communications/Dispatch Center and currently manage the Records Unit, working with both sworn and professional staff. I’ve also helped develop wellness initiatives, including Peer Support, a wellness room, and a department wellness dog program.
I hold a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a California POST Management Certificate, and I’m a graduate of POST Command College and the Sherman Block Supervisory Leadership Institute. My leadership philosophy is to support the mission, invest in people, strengthen the organization, and prepare the next generation of leaders.
