I apply RAG and tool-connected workflows with validation, fallback paths, observability, and human review to help bring these capabilities toward production readiness.
Previously, I delivered features for MyRewardsNetwork and Neighborhood Nosh at Rewards Network, integrating AI/ML scoring into customer workflows while maintaining deterministic rules and auditability. At Microsoft and Cemex, I built and maintained enterprise services and digital experiences, including CEMEX Go and Construrama, using .NET, REST APIs, and relational databases.
