I’m looking for a role where I can own lending outcomes—using my deal experience, relationship-building, and process improvement to grow business, support clients end-to-end, and help a team scale through structured coaching and strong partnerships.

I’m a Senior Mortgage Broker and Managing Director & Founder with a strong track record across residential, commercial, private, development, and asset finance. I’ve managed end-to-end lending and property transactions, from feasibility and cash flow analysis through to settlement, while building trusted relationships with clients, lenders, and third parties.

Over the past 6 years 5 months at Bestlend, I established and scaled a brokerage from a small boutique firm into an industry powerhouse. I also trained, mentored, and coached new brokers—who delivered about $2.4M per month in new business on average—and developed relationships with developers to write complex development deals over $20M.
