I’m a Senior Technical Manager with 18+ years of experience leading global technology programs across consulting, banking, and enterprise environments. I oversee globally distributed product and development teams delivering Salesforce and CRM-based solutions that drive business transformation, integration, and operational excellence.

I’m recognized for bridging technology and strategy—partnering with Director- and VP-level stakeholders to define product roadmaps, guide delivery execution, and ensure enterprise systems are implemented, integrated, and adopted effectively. I lead the full delivery lifecycle—from planning and requirements through integration, UAT, deployment, and post-launch optimization.
