What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-paced role where I can capture and verify high-volume data, maintain digital records, and provide ICT/user support, using Excel/SQL and web systems, with clear deadlines and growth into business systems.

I’m a detail-oriented ICT graduate and Data Entry Specialist who thrives on accurate data capturing, digital record-keeping, and fast, reliable support. I’ve built a reputation for handling high volumes of information carefully, verifying data quality, and meeting deadlines in both team and remote work settings.

In my role as a User Support & Data Assistant at the University of Johannesburg (2023–2025), I provided technical support in lab sessions and resolved software/system errors. I maintained and updated digital logs of user issues and resolutions, guided students through software environments, managed multiple concurrent support requests, and documented technical procedures for non-technical users.

I also strengthened my technical and systems mindset through a Capstone Project—developing a full web-based business system prototype using HTML, CSS, PHP, and SQL. I designed and managed relational databases (creating, updating, and querying structured data), coordinated team work using Trello, and produced full technical documentation and a stakeholder presentation, backed by training in data privacy and GDPR principles.
