What I'm looking for

I seek hands-on engineering roles in IoT, embedded systems, or product development where I can build devices, mentor others, and contribute to innovative, impact-driven teams.

I am an undergraduate Mechatronics Engineering student at Dedan Kimathi University of Technology, focused on designing and building practical IoT and embedded systems. I co-founded and lead development for Automark, a smart attendance platform that replaces manual roll calls with secure automated records using IoT and mobile apps.

My hands-on experience includes lathe operation, welding, CAD design, embedded programming, and app development, earned through factory work and school projects. I have been recognized with the IEEE Innovation Challenge (winner, 2023) and commended by the Dean of Engineering for my contributions.

I mentor junior students in IoT and app development, participate in innovation showcases, and advocate STEM in underserved schools. I bring teamwork, integrity, and a drive for efficient, impactful engineering solutions.
