At YOLA English Center, I support students and parents with learning and service concerns, communicate course options and progress, and coordinate with teachers and internal teams to resolve issues. I also follow up on retention and re-enrollment while working toward monthly targets, earning Best Customer Care and Best Sales awards from 2023–2025.
I've also taught English to children and teenagers at ASKademy and provided academic and administrative support, including English–Vietnamese translation of contracts and teaching materials. I'm looking to build practical interpreting experience and strengthen my listening and communication skills through structured training and hands-on work.
