What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a job that allows me to utilize the skills that I have learned throughout my career in IT, a job that will also make it easy to integrate into its organization, and one that would help enhance my knowledge and skills. In addition, I'm looking for a job that would help me add value to its organization.

I am a Junior Business Solutions Analyst with 2 years of experience in the field. My expertise lies in business analysis, data analysis, and software development. I have a strong understanding of the SDLC and have worked with various tools and technologies such as Ms Visio, Enterprise Architecture, Figma, Project, SQL, XML, JSON, and API Mapping. I am skilled in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies and have experience in industries such as IT, Business Consulting, and Insurance.

In my previous role at the Hollard Insurance Company, I was responsible for conducting business process needs analysis, analyzing and understanding business requirements, and making recommendations based on those requirements. I worked closely with stakeholders to define user stories and acceptance criteria, and I actively supported the upliftment of Agile practices within the organization. I have also been involved in projects such as the Commercial Insurance Quoting & Claims System, Workflow System, Document Automation System, and Commercial Lines System Rating Engine.

I hold a National Diploma in IT—Software Development and have completed the AgileBA Foundation certification with APMG International. I am a proactive and detail-oriented professional, always striving for excellence in my work. I am passionate about leveraging technology to drive business success and am constantly seeking opportunities for growth and learning.
