I am a qualified and experienced business and operation analyst focused on turning organizational needs into solution drive projects. From 2020 to 2023, I worked with organizations to help drive delivery through structured collaboration and strong communication.

In my Business Analyst internship at OPENTEXT EMEA SA - SASSA, I developed business requirements documents such as BRD, FRD, UCD, and RTM. I also created user stories and process flows with an Agile focused approach, including detailed user case document describing interactions with systems.

As a Solutions Developer intern at OPENTEXT EMEA SA - SASSA, I supported development work prior to deployment to major clients. I strengthened my skills through MySQL system learning and mentorship, and I worked on software built from customer queries and record needs.

I bring a hands-on mix of process mapping, strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving. I’m especially motivated to use Microsoft tools and analytics like Power BI, while documenting clear paths from requirements to solutions that teams can execute.
