What I'm looking for

I'm seeking project management, PMO leadership, renewable energy program, or infrastructure delivery roles where I can lead multi-site EPC execution, strengthen governance, and apply AI-enabled workflows to improve operational efficiency.

I've led nationwide solar EPC delivery at PT. Syntek Otomatisasi Indonesia, overseeing more than 100 MWp of rooftop, ground-mounted, and hybrid systems. I manage multidisciplinary teams, cashflow, budgets, reporting, and project execution across multiple sites.

I build PMO SOPs, reporting dashboards, and workflow standards that improve transparency and execution consistency. I also apply Generative AI, prompt engineering, RAG, and automation to strengthen decision-making and operational efficiency.

Earlier, I delivered off-grid solar systems, IoT-based battery monitoring, feasibility studies, and renewable-energy installations across more than 10 provinces. I've also taught renewable energy and environmental engineering, connecting sustainability requirements with practical infrastructure delivery.
