What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and improve enterprise network operations, restore critical services, reduce operational effort through automation, and collaborate across engineering, management, providers, and customers to deliver stable, SLA-driven network services.

At FIS Global, I lead network operations and support delivery, improving requester interactions, SLA adherence, operational stability, and service restoration. I troubleshoot and deploy routers, switches, load balancers, and firewalls while identifying automation opportunities that reduce manual effort.

Previously at Cisco Meraki, I owned customer networking issues end-to-end across wireless, security, switching, telephony, and related technologies. I used Wireshark and packet captures to isolate complex connectivity issues and partnered with Support, Engineering, and Management on critical escalations.

Across 16+ years in enterprise networking, I’ve supported Layer 2 and Layer 3 traffic, routing, switching, VPNs, network security, incident management, and global customer environments. I bring a service-restoration mindset, strong documentation practices, and a collaborative approach to technical leadership and mentoring.
