I’m a Senior Network and Infrastructure Engineer with 20 years of IT experience and 14+ years specializing in enterprise networking, cybersecurity, virtualization, VoIP, and multi-site infrastructure management. I design, deploy, and support distributed network environments across fuel stations, restaurants, corporate offices, and remote locations.

I’ve managed 30+ site-to-site VPN connections, firewall infrastructure, virtualization platforms, wireless links, and VoIP systems supporting business-critical services. I build reliability through multi-WAN load balancing and failover solutions, including HighAvailability configurations for network security and communications platforms.

On the infrastructure side, I manage 8 production servers covering virtualization, storage, backups, and system availability. I administer VMware, Proxmox, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments while maintaining operational continuity for geographically distributed teams and users.

My day-to-day is hands-on Tier 3 support—resolving complex infrastructure incidents and leading network security management using platforms like PaloAlto and pfSense. I also support fiber optic deployments (GBIC connectivity), wireless connectivity with Ubiquiti/Mimosa, and VoIP infrastructure using Grandstream UCM platforms.
