I am a dedicated Information and Communication Technology (ICT) professional with extensive experience in infrastructure, networking, and IT security. My career has been marked by a commitment to innovation and a passion for learning, which has enabled me to effectively support organizations in achieving their IT goals.

In my current role as an IT Officer at Protection International in Brussels, I ensure that staff across multiple offices have the necessary IT assets to fulfill our mission. I manage the lifecycle of IT devices, provide support, and conduct digital security training for external beneficiaries. Previously, I led a team of engineers at FOSALUD in El Salvador, where we developed information systems and improved IT service management.
