At Meritto (formerly NoPaperForms) I owned the User Manager module and led security and authentication initiatives, delivering MFA, social login, SSO, and configurable authentication options that significantly improved customer trust and CSAT.

Previously at Policybazaar I created seamless online insurance journeys for MSMEs, integrated third-party APIs, enhanced UI/UX to boost online sales, and built AWS QuickSight dashboards to improve product monitoring and decision-making.

My background in software development and data engineering supports cross-functional collaboration, enabling me to design guided flows, implement paid feature monetization, and track key metrics such as DAU/MAU and CSAT to drive measurable outcomes.
