I’m an Accountant with experience in financial reconciliation, billing verification, and journal entry processing across retail and healthcare environments in the UAE. I’m trusted for accuracy when resolving financial discrepancies and for coordinating with cross-functional teams to keep reporting on time.

In my current role as an Accountant at MUMUSO Dubai, I perform bank reconciliation across all company bank accounts, manage utilities billing, and verify Tabby Cash invoices before posting corresponding journal entries. I also reconcile daily store collections (Cash, Card, Tabby, Jahez), investigating shortfalls or overages and working directly with store managers to clarify discrepancies and speed up resolution.

Previously, as a Billing Specialist at Medcare Hospitals & Medical Centers, I reviewed patient insurance policies, submitted pre-authorization requests, and coordinated with insurance providers to secure approvals and confirm payment percentages. I also bring front-desk customer experience from Union Coop Dubai, where I supported cashier operations and managed customer returns and exchanges in line with company policy, while continuing to strengthen my technical and analytical capabilities through ongoing FMVA certification.
