At Trao Technologies, I own an AI-powered construction quotation platform end-to-end, translating estimator workflows into backend architecture and production features.

I reduced quotation turnaround from two days to under one hour through a hybrid pipeline using deterministic rules, semantic retrieval, Claude-assisted reconciliation, Qdrant, PostgreSQL, and Redis.

I also built Avencera LMS, an enterprise AI-powered learning platform with role-based onboarding, AI-assisted course management, and a resilient direct-to-CDN media upload pipeline for training videos up to 5 GB.

Previously at Scanta, I built secure HR workflows, scalable REST APIs, an OpenAI-powered HR assistant, and real-time multi-user collaboration features. I’m especially interested in AI coding assistants, developer tooling, automated evaluation, code quality, and improving engineering productivity through AI.
