I'm looking for opportunities in HR operations, workforce management, time and attendance, payroll support, or HRIS where I can improve employee processes, support teams, and use reporting and analytics skills.

At Amazon Development Centre, I manage end-to-end HR operations across Time & Attendance, employee data, payroll-related inquiries, and escalations. I handle 30–35 employee cases daily, increasing throughput to 50–60 while maintaining 98% SLA and 98% quality.

As an SME and support buddy, I’ve trained 30+ team members, conducted quality audits, supported SOP updates, and helped teams adopt new processes through shadowing and reverse shadowing. I also bring finance operations experience in AP, AR, bank reconciliation, GST processes, and Tally.
