I’m a Project Engineer in Ankara, managing end-to-end delivery for tramway projects including the Samsun 10 Tram Project, Bursa 20 LRV Project, and Belgrade 25 Tramway Project. I determine project scope, build and maintain project plans, define budgets and cash flow charts, calculate progress payments, and prepare monthly progress reports for the client—while supporting after-sales training ahead of operations.
Previously, I led pressure vessel projects at Wenta Heat Technologies, ensuring designs and compliance with TS EN 303 and customer requirements. At Tüzün Kardeşler, I worked across machine/process qualification and product launch processes, starting and managing PPF/PPAP workflows (including FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and SPC) to meet IATF 16949 expectations, and earlier as a Process Engineer I transferred production planning/material management into SAP (SAP PP-MM) and produced 2D/3D documentation using Solidworks and AutoCad.
