I’m looking to build and automate production-grade fintech/telecom systems—combining full-stack delivery with AI-powered workflows, reliable API integration, and measurable operational improvements (like reduced reporting lag and higher uptime).

I’m a full-stack developer and automation engineer with 4+ years of experience shipping production-grade products across fintech, telecom, and SaaS for African markets. I focus on designing AI-powered workflows, integrating critical payment infrastructure, and deploying scalable APIs that teams can rely on.

In my recent role at Tecnotree Corporation, I designed and deployed n8n automation workflows for MTN Uganda’s telecom billing operations, surfacing real-time ServiceNow incident data to Microsoft Teams and cutting reporting lag through a multi-step incident management reporting system. I also evaluated and scoped lien management system architecture for telecom billing wallet scenarios, and collaborated across Africa and Europe to improve customer management system (CMS) outcomes.

Earlier, I served as a Senior Business Analyst, acting as a liaison between technical teams and business users—translating needs into process flow diagrams, user guides, SOPs, and automation opportunities for RPA & API integration. I later strengthened my production mindset as a Senior TechOps Engineer by leading RCA, running AI-driven automation initiatives, managing MTN Nigeria user access audits, and supporting BSS/OSS workflows while maintaining 99.9% uptime. I bring that same product-first, ecosystem-aware approach to projects like RAG-based Netflix Movie Finder, InvoiceNaija with Paystack subscriptions, and WhatsApp/Telegram bots deployed with Next.js, FastAPI, and automation-first pipelines.
