What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-friendly team where I can own end-to-end delivery—turning client requirements into user stories, shipping reliable features, and applying AI to automate real workflows with measurable impact.

I’m a Project Manager (Remote) at RedBolt IT, where I lead end-to-end delivery for web and software products, partnering closely with clients to turn needs into clear requirements. Since July 2024, I’ve successfully delivered 30+ websites and software products, leading teams of 2–5 developers and designers across scoping, execution, and post-launch support.

Alongside delivery leadership, I build practical AI and backend solutions. I developed an API-integrated WhatsApp chatbot with FastAPI/Streamlit and Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, built “Vision-Speak” for real-time OCR-to-speech using PaddleOCR with strong accuracy on 500+ samples, and created tool-using AI agents with LangChain and OpenAI. I’m especially motivated by fast iteration, measurable impact, and shipping systems that are reliable in real-world use.
