What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead operational HR in large-scale manufacturing or field-based organizations, where I can strengthen workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and sustainable people processes.

I've led end-to-end HR operations across manufacturing, retail, consulting, and international humanitarian organizations. Most recently at Eren Perakende, I managed HR for a blue-collar-intensive footwear manufacturing environment in Çorlu, supporting workforce planning, performance management, İŞKUR programs, and logistics recruitment.

At FLO Group, I led a 10-person HR team for a manufacturing facility of 1,500+ employees and managed annual recruitment of around 400 blue-collar and 30 white-collar employees. I strengthened timekeeping and reporting, standardized disciplinary committee processes, supported Sedex, ISO, and YYS audits, reduced legal risk through litigation and mediation management, and redesigned promotion criteria around competencies and skills.

Earlier, I built HR processes for Amaris Consulting’s Turkey operation, managed HR and administration for Médecins Sans Frontières, and helped establish HR operations at International Medical Corps. I work professionally in English and Turkish, bringing practical experience across recruitment, labor law, payroll, employee relations, onboarding, and multinational field operations.
