At the University of South Carolina, I led the qualitative arm of a mixed-methods analysis of an AI-integrated smartphone app trial, using reflexive thematic analysis of semi-structured interviews. I also recruited and enrolled 100 participants in the multi-site clinical trial.
As a Research Consultant with “MHealth Systems Inc” on an NIH-funded STTR, I’m co-authoring a Phase II grant application. My work includes drafting the Research Strategy and Specific Aims, synthesizing preliminary evidence, and aligning aims with NIH review criteria.
At South Carolina AHEC, I analyzed nursing graduate supply trends from 2012 to 2022 and produced a technical policy report and public-facing blog post. I’m also co-authoring a workforce analysis comparing recent nursing graduates licensed in South Carolina.
Earlier, I advised on nursing workforce modernization with GIZ and managed staff health systems across three Central Asian country delegations with ICRC. My background also includes nursing practice, hospital information systems, health policy, and research in Uzbekistan and the United States.
