What I'm looking for

I seek a role leading clinical or translational research programs where I can manage cross-functional teams, support grant-funded studies, drive implementation and process improvements, and translate evidence into patient-centered outcomes.

I am a health systems scientist and research methodologist with a Ph.D., experienced in designing, implementing, and evaluating clinical and translational research across diverse healthcare settings. I currently serve as a methodological subject matter expert at UTHealth Houston, guiding both quantitative and qualitative frameworks from project conceptualization through evaluation.

I have led cross-functional teams, managed research programs and budgets, supported NIH grant submissions, and published first-author papers in high-impact journals including JAMA Network Open. Notably, I stepped into project leadership on an NIA clinical trial and implemented process changes that improved participant recruitment by 300% within 12 months.

I build collaborative relationships with investigators, clinicians, and community partners to translate research into practice, implement REDCap data systems, and disseminate results through peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations. I bring practical regulatory knowledge, clinical trial support expertise, and a proven record of delivering research that improves care.
