Designed and implemented an end-to-end alerting and self-healing system for service monitoring, reducing downtime from 30% to under 5% and improving uptime SLAs. Built data ingestion and real-time event pipelines and introduced structured metrics/health checks to improve visibility and MTTR.

Migrated Backup/Restore from a script-based approach to a controller-based system, improving idempotency and reducing backup failure rate from over 20% to less than 1% while tripling process speed. Implemented incremental backups, backup/restore alerts and monitoring, and added PostgreSQL log dumping for easier debugging.

Built Zeni BillPay, a B2B payments feature enabling customers to pay vendors via ACH and wire modes using Stripe in the backend, processing $10M in 6 months. Created supporting APIs and operational dashboards, and automated tenant onboarding to reduce the setup time from 2 days to 3–4 hours.

Built a scalable data collector to fetch user data for marketplaces and developed Solidity-based smart contracts to ingest and expose medicine supply chain data via a web interface. Optimized AWS/EMR usage to reduce expenses by 60% and automated an end-to-end ML pipeline in production to predict network connectivity performance.
