What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a delivery-focused role where I can lead Java/Spring cloud projects in Agile teams, modernize systems, and use event-driven patterns to improve customer outcomes—while collaborating closely with product and engineering.

I’m a result-oriented project leader with 10.5+ years of experience in software development and application designing, with deep ownership across the SDLC. I work effectively in Agile and Kanban environments, turning requirements and use cases into reliable designs, code, and delivery.

Across my roles, I’ve led development for feature enhancements and customer feedback, coordinating with multiple teams to improve satisfaction. I’m particularly strong in formal technical reviews (design and code analysis) and in building solutions that reduce turnaround time and improve end-user experience.

Recently at Oracle (EPM Cloud), I handled feature enhancement stories, integrated customer feedback, and implemented custom themes and UI components using Oracle Visual Builder Shell and Oracle Jet frameworks. Earlier, at ADP, I created Spring Batch-based feedback mechanisms for machine learning data extraction and developed Spring Boot REST APIs and Spring Kafka solutions for Notice handling at scale.

My background also includes modernizing legacy systems to cloud infrastructure—migrating batch workloads into Spring Batch and moving IBM WAS-based products to AWS—plus delivering backend services for payment settlement and international wire transfer workflows. I bring a focused, motivated mindset and a strong engineering foundation with Java, Spring, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
