I’m a results-driven Java Team Lead and Senior Developer with 11 years of experience designing, developing, and managing enterprise applications across banking, financial services, and technology. I lead with a strong technical foundation in Java (8–21) and modern backend services.
In my current role, I direct a team of 6 developers, providing mentorship, task allocation, and performance reviews. I’ve designed and implemented REST APIs and microservices at enterprise scale, spearheaded migration from Java 8 to Java 21, and built Sigma batch processes to automate backend workflows. I also established JUnit testing frameworks and perform bug analysis to improve code quality and reduce production defects.
Earlier, I led an offshore team of 7 developers and delivered REST and microservices for distributed integrations while providing L1/L2 production support to minimize downtime. I’ve used monitoring dashboards and workflow automation to enable proactive issue detection, and I’ve worked with event-driven systems using Kafka.
I’m hands-on with CI/CD automation (including GitHub Actions) and collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives, delivering scalable, high-performance systems end to end.
