I seek a senior finance role in a mission-driven organisation where I can lead donor-compliant financial operations, strengthen controls, and support multi-country program growth.

I am a strategic and results-oriented finance leader with over 8 years' experience managing financial operations, reporting, and compliance across Africa. I have led finance functions for donor-funded and international development programmes, including USAID, DFID/FCDO, and The Global Fund.

I specialise in budgeting, risk management, financial process optimisation, and regulatory compliance, and I have implemented systems and policies such as an Expenditure Policy and a regional finance playbook now used across hubs. I have experience with Oracle, SAP, Alteryx, and Tableau, and I drive data integrity and process efficiency.

I have a strong track record in multi-country operations oversight, supervising regional teams, managing audits, and supporting governance and board secretariat functions. In previous roles I reduced processing errors by 53% through improved internal controls and led treasury and travel policy compliance across the continent.
