At Covalience India, I manage Microsoft environments for an MSP serving 100+ customers and 4,000+ servers across cloud and on-premises infrastructure.

I architect, deploy, and maintain Windows virtual servers in hybrid cloud environments using VMware, Azure, OCI, Azure HCI, and OLVM. I provide Tier 3 support, resolve critical incidents, and manage SLA-driven work through ServiceNow.

Across KMV Group, GVK Biosciences, Sai Life Sciences, Hetero Labs, and IT by Design, I've administered enterprise servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Office 365, backup, disaster recovery, security, and patching. I've also led IT teams and supported infrastructure across multi-site environments.

I'm a Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate focused on secure, scalable, high-availability infrastructure, ITIL processes, and ISO 27001 and 21 CFR Part-11 compliance.
