I am a computer engineering graduate with a strong foundation in programming and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. My experience as a Computer Support Specialist at the NYS Department of Health honed my customer service skills, where I effectively guided users through the Health Commerce website. I pride myself on being a fast learner, which has enabled me to adapt quickly to new technologies and challenges.

In addition to my support role, I worked as a Freelance UI Developer for Garius LLC, where I built web applications using Java. This role allowed me to plan and implement user interfaces, collaborating closely with management to ensure that our projects met organizational goals. My academic projects, including the Automatic Tool Exchanger at Harding University, further solidified my engineering design process skills and provided me with hands-on experience in coding and teamwork.
