Nathan Lee

I am a dedicated software developer currently pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering at Kettering University, set to graduate in Summer 2024. My experience includes working at Dimensional Control Systems, where I maintain and enhance software using modern C++ standards. I prioritize resolving software bugs and user-reported issues, ensuring a seamless experience for users. My collaborative efforts in documenting software processes have significantly improved clarity for both internal and external stakeholders.

During my co-op at Dimensional Control Systems, I managed helpdesk tickets and provided technical support, which honed my troubleshooting skills. I successfully remodeled the UX/UI of legacy software for educational purposes, enhancing usability and creating user documentation that improved onboarding processes. My role in leading internationalization efforts allowed the software to support multiple languages, showcasing my commitment to inclusivity in technology.

In addition to my professional experience, I have worked on innovative projects such as developing an AI-based object detection system for school bus safety. This project involved real-time communication between devices and optimizing AI model accuracy. My undergraduate thesis focused on 3D tolerance analysis software, where I researched methods to enhance manufacturing efficiency. I am passionate about leveraging technology to create impactful solutions.
