I lead MMGBUILDERS Architectural Design Studio, where I design and construct residential and commercial projects, including a two-storey commercial building, a three-bedroom bungalow, and six-bedroom apartment buildings.
I've also managed the interior fit-out of three Red Ribbon stores in Pangasinan as project manager, construction supervisor, and contractor.
At Royal Fun Ranch Mall Corporation, I led architectural design and structural analysis for mall operations and tenant improvements, coordinated contractors and vendors, and managed preventive maintenance, inspections, renovation budgets, and MEP oversight.
I create 2D and 3D design proposals, guide clients through redesigns and permitting, supervise construction, and deliver practical solutions using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion.
