I’m a Licensed Architect (2025) who designs functional, buildable spaces for both commercial and residential projects. My work centers on turning client needs into clear architectural programs, conceptual plans, and construction-ready documentation.

As a Commercial Designer at REALFLOORING CORP (2023–2025), I designed showroom layouts that effectively showcase interior and exterior finishing materials. I also coordinated with construction crews and subcontractors to support tasks, evaluation, and safety.

I handle the practical side of delivery too—obtaining necessary permits and licenses, preparing detailed drawings and technical specifications, and producing project reports that guide the construction team. I focus on meeting local zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations to avoid legal complications.

Freelance residential work has strengthened my process from start to finish: analyzing client needs, defining the architectural program, and collaborating with civil engineers, electricians, and contractors to ensure proper execution. I bring strong drafting and modeling skills using AutoCAD and Revit, plus design visualization tools like SketchUp, Vray, and Enscape.
