I'm currently preparing plans and coordinating with clients, consultants, builders, and suppliers at Mohri & P.A. Associates Inc. I help move projects from planning and design through execution while ensuring feasibility and regulatory compliance.
My recent work includes residence renovations, Verida Residences, the UP College of Arts & Letters Building, DEPED Mid-Rise School Buildings, and the UP New Clark City Satellite Campus.
Previously, I supervised construction sites at Gold Shamrock Builders & Supply, producing shop drawings, as-built drawings, bill of quantities, and progress reports. I also supported the Department of Health Treatment and Rehabilitation Center with plans, cost estimates, and technical drawings for facility construction and renovation.
I'm a Registered and Licensed Architect who brings practical site experience, effective space planning, and collaborative coordination to architectural work.
