What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead remote-first engineering teams where technical clarity and documentation are treated as architecture, and where I can build scalable platforms, improve developer experience, and drive measurable reliability and delivery outcomes at enterprise scale.

I’m a Software Engineering Manager leading remote-first engineering teams by treating technical communication—from PR templates to executive roadmaps—as a core architectural requirement. My focus on clarity, documentation, and developer experience removes workflow friction and helps teams move fast at enterprise scale.

Most recently, this approach enabled my organization to scale high-throughput platforms to 1B+ annual transactions and deliver an AI-driven deployment architecture that generated an $11M revenue increase. I’ve also built a Tier-1 observability framework to cut diagnostic MTTR from weeks to hours, while maintaining 99.9% API availability across high-volume enterprise operations.
