Ran end-to-end document handling operations, extracting and normalizing data from client documents into structured outputs for Smartsheet and Power BI. Built and maintained a document pipeline combining generative AI extraction, deterministic Python/Playwright steps, and multi-agent cross-validation.

Customized software for insurance operations of Banco Toyota, Willis Towers Watson, and Banco Itaú by translating business requests into technical-functional specifications for engineering and QA. Produced technical-functional documents including user stories, affected systems/screens, expected outputs, and positive/failure test scenarios.

Performed final validation of document extraction outputs (leases and requirements) against the software standard before release to the end client. Restructured client submission flow by transitioning intake management from Smartsheets to Typeform with automated downstream handoff to ClickUp.

Audited Certificates of Insurance (COIs) via point-by-point comparisons against requirement sets in the internal system under client-defined regulatory frameworks. Mapped internal processes and proposed improvements for error control, inconsistency logs, and monitoring/quality control mechanisms.

Managed insurance operations from the company’s founding, handling the full quote cycle for technical lines (e.g., E&O, General Liability, Surety, Engineering Risks). Provided technical training and materials to partner brokers, implemented early workflow automation using standardized Excel templates, and tracked operational/commercial indicators.

Managed the end-to-end claims cycle from notice to settlement and issuance control across multiple insurance lines (auto, commercial, condominium, and others). Validated documentation for pre-issuance compliance and re-validated policies when pending items emerged.
