What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a full-time remote opportunity where I can build scalable backend systems and AI/ML pipelines, ship production-grade REST APIs, and collaborate with international teams to iterate quickly on measurable impact.

I’m a Junior Backend Software Engineer and Computer Engineering student at UEA, with 2+ years of applied research experience delivering production-quality systems in Python (FastAPI, Django) and Java (Spring Boot). I focus on building scalable RESTful APIs, AI/ML pipelines, and real-time embedded systems with measurable outcomes.

At LATIQ – Quantum Technologies & Innovation Laboratory, I engineered quantum-inspired optimization systems and accelerated reproducible computational pipelines to cut manual setup time and speed team iteration. In Project Athena, I architected and trained CNN-LSTM and MLP models with TensorFlow and scikit-learn, reaching 89.9% diagnostic accuracy on EEG classification and reducing EEG analysis time from days to under 60 seconds.

I also build firmware and embedded systems, engineering real-time C++ for ESP32 with concurrent sensor streams and improved response time for stable autonomous operation. Across my projects, I emphasize maintainable, well-documented code and clean architecture—shipping features like validated REST APIs with SQLAlchemy/Alembic and layered Java desktop applications with SOLID and OOP principles.
