What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can apply sterile processing expertise, HIPAA-aware data handling, and cybersecurity-minded discipline to support safety, compliance, and data-driven improvements in a collaborative team environment.

In my current role, I track and manage inventory using digital systems to ensure readiness and compliance. I also validate the functionality of critical equipment, ensuring adherence to strict operating procedures.

Previously, as a Medical Assistant III at the University of Utah, I maintained secure and confidential health data across digital systems in compliance with HIPAA. I supported internal compliance protocols and employee safety education, including PPE and immunizations, while interfacing with HR and IT systems for access controls and policy enforcement.

I’m also experienced across departments as a Medical Assistant I, where I adapted quickly, managed patient data accurately, and consistently met safety and regulatory protocols. I developed and managed data collection (Forms and Surveys) to gather student feedback and enable data-driven improvements for the cybersecurity program.
