I am a dedicated Surgical Technologist with experience delivering safe, efficient support in high-stakes operating room environments. I hold NBSTSA certification, BLS certification, and obtained security clearance through the Air Force, and I am completing an AAS in Medical Reimbursement and Coding.
Across my tenure with the Air Force (04/2017 - 07/2022) I collaborated closely with surgeons, nurses, anesthesiologists, and vendors to maintain sterile fields, set up and inspect instruments, and ensure patient verification and infection-control protocols were followed. I also trained new staff on OR procedures and best practices.
