I’m a Data Specialist with 3+ years of experience in financial services, working where data engineering, analytics, and commercial strategy meet. At Santander Brasil (Investments), I build end-to-end pipelines, automated reporting systems, and AI-driven CRM segmentation in Databricks.

I’ve replaced manual workflows with fully automated processes, including scheduled Databricks jobs that aggregate JSON-based inputs and generate branded HTML reports with embedded SVG charts. I also deliver PySpark-based CRM segmentation strategies that surface risk and behavior signals, and I integrate Generative AI (OpenAI API) to reduce manual effort and rework in operational processes.

Before that, I translated complex investment data into business insights at Toro Investimentos, building KPI dashboards and segmentation models to support campaigns and digital sales funnels. I also worked within Banco Bradesco’s innovation ecosystem, delivering KPI/OKR tracking through Power BI while performing ETL, quantitative studies, and data storytelling for executive decision-making.

I continue to expand into AI engineering by studying Azure fundamentals, RAG pipelines, and LangChain agents—with a focus on production-ready AI solutions for financial services. I’m looking for roles across Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI/ML where I can ship measurable impact end-to-end.
