I evaluate written and spoken Russian and English for accuracy, meaning, naturalness, and contextual fit. As a native Russian speaker with C1 English, I bring structured, rubric-based judgment to AI model and chatbot evaluation.

Since 2015, I've taught English with Puzzle English, GoFluent, and Cambridge Training Centre, assessing learner output and explaining grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, and communication choices. I design and adapt language tasks across proficiency levels while delivering clear, actionable feedback online.

At JTI Petro Tobacco Company, I translated user needs into project requirements as an SAP HR Project Manager and improved workflows from the end-user perspective. I coordinated with IT, consultants, vendors, and business stakeholders across Payroll, Talent Management, Learning, and Organizational Management.

My earlier purchasing work strengthened my documentation, vendor communication, reporting, and compliance skills. I'm comfortable working independently with web-based tools, maintaining quality, and meeting deadlines.
